The Concordia Pyrae was an ancient scholarly society of the Drankorian Empire, devoted to the study of fire: pyromancy, planar lore, and the secrets of the Elemental Plane of Fire. Their best‑known work is the Compendium of Fire, a fireproof encyclopedia compiled from the society’s research.
Surviving notes attributed to the Concordia Pyrae also include the Records of the Concordia Pyrae, which preserve fragments of the society’s history and its connection to the Circular Island.
