Owen Tavish is a priest of the The Sibyl, based out of the Temple of the Sibyl in Roscombe. He leads the temple’s religious and scholarly work, advising Roscombe’s leadership as best he can. He is a warm, friendly man, although competitive at times; he enjoys games and scholarly discussion, which he sometimes sees as a game.
